Clan GIS is a clan tailored specifically to mature players who are tired of being surrounded by the legions of immature people that make up the majority of most games' populations. It is nice to have a private mature community away from those types players, and to be able to meet and play with like-minded people. This clan was founded by Hotshot and Poison on February 15th, 2005. It was originally a PVP clan for Diablo 2: LoD, but over time it changed its focus from having the most powerful players to having mature players of varying levels of ability. Over the past three years, the clan has had many ups and downs. Our old website went down during the summer of 2006 and all of our backups were deleted, so we had to start from scratch. However, because of this we are now larger and more organized than ever before. MapleStory became our second official division about a year ago, and since then, it has become about as large as our Diablo 2 one. We are now supporting World of Warcraft, which is our third largest division. As we expanded to more games, we will never lose sight of the fact that we are a mature and close-knit community, and we intend to remain one.
